No chapters, just one long wall of text covering about 95% of WTH. It was the first completed real draft of the story. The main plot points and beats have not changed since then, but it is hard to follow because it is highly non-chronological.
The most significant difference between rev2.5 and rev3.x is that the key end-of-series plot points involving the 
Red Matter did not yet exist. Much of the story’s end game had not been figured out back then, so references and setups are absent.
